Enki
Privacy policy — iOS & iPadOS
AvailableEffective date: 8 October 2026
Publisher and privacy contact: Leutrim. Email: dev2@leutrim.ch.
This policy covers Enki for iOS and iPadOS, distributed through Apple's App Store.
Our privacy approach
Enki works offline. Your progress, drawings, local profiles and settings are saved on your device and are not transmitted by Enki to us or to anyone else. We do not collect gameplay records from the app or operate servers that receive or retain them, and we do not sell or rent app user data. There are no developer-operated gameplay servers, user accounts, advertisements, analytics trackers or automatic remote crash-reporting services in the app. Information you separately choose to send for support is described below.
We do not use the app to collect your real name, email address, contact list, precise location, advertising identifier, camera images, microphone recordings or health information. The anatomy activity is an educational illustration; it does not measure or collect health data.
Information saved on your device
Enki saves information locally so that you can continue playing. This includes language and accessibility preferences, sound and music settings, selected avatars and local explorer profiles, scores and stars, exercise progress and difficulty, activity history and time spent playing, drawings and gallery items, adventure worlds, checkpoints and discoveries, and workshop progress.
These records remain in the app's local storage. We cannot view, retrieve or remotely delete them. The app does not upload or synchronize them through a service operated by us. Local records may remain while the app is installed, until they are reset, replaced by newer records or removed through the device's app-data controls. Some galleries and histories keep a limited number of recent items.
Deleting local information
Use the reset control in Enki's information screen and confirm the reset to remove local explorer progress and creations. Device preferences, such as language and sound settings, remain after this reset. To remove the app and its local records, use Delete App in the device settings. Offloading an app can preserve its documents and data.
Depending on your device and account settings, Apple or another backup provider may back up or transfer local app data and restore it later. We do not receive those backups. Manage or delete backup copies through your device or backup-provider settings; resetting or deleting Enki does not necessarily delete existing backup copies.
Device and store services
Apple and your device's operating system may independently process information about installation, updates, account activity, diagnostics or backup under their own policies and your settings. Enki does not control their processing or receive your local gameplay records through an app-operated service. Local technical diagnostics may be available to the device owner through operating-system tools.
See Apple's Privacy Policy. If you choose to visit an external support or reference website, that website's policy applies to the visit.
Children and families
The same offline privacy approach applies to children and adults. The app does not ask children to create an online account or send us personal information. Parents and guardians can manage device access, reset local progress and control system backup settings. Please do not include children's names, photographs or other identifying details in support messages unless necessary to resolve the request.
Messages you choose to send us
If you separately email us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. This is not automatic collection by the app. We use that information to answer and resolve your request and retain it only as long as necessary for that purpose or applicable legal requirements. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising. Our email service provider may process correspondence to deliver and store it; information may also be disclosed when legally required. Request deletion of support correspondence at dev2@leutrim.ch.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, support correspondence is processed to handle your requested assistance and our legitimate interest in responding, or to comply with a legal obligation. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a complaint to the relevant data-protection authority. We cannot supply or delete local gameplay records that we do not hold.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if Enki's practices change and show the revised effective date. Any future collection feature requires a revised policy and the notices or permissions required by applicable law. Questions about privacy can be sent to dev2@leutrim.ch.
