Support & deletion

Get help

Email dev2@leutrim.ch with the app version, phone/tablet model, OS version and a short description. Screenshots and exported records are optional. Check them for names, health measurements or other private information first. We cannot retrieve your local database remotely.

Delete records on your device

1. Open Settings in Paul Michele and choose the reset action.
2. To reset only the current profile's personal records, leave “Delete all profiles too” unchecked. Its identity/preferences and other profiles remain.
3. To erase every profile and app settings, explicitly check “Delete all profiles too”, then confirm.
4. Delete exported JSON files, shared images, cloud-drive copies and emails separately at their destination. A local reset does not delete those copies.

You can alternatively clear app storage in Android system settings or delete the app. On iOS, choose Delete App rather than offloading it if you want local data removed. Keep an export first if you want to recover your records yourself; there is no publisher cloud restoration.

Permissions and local profiles

Turn off step counting/reminders in the app or withdraw Motion/Physical Activity/Notification permissions in system settings. Local profiles are not online accounts. There is no publisher account to close and no remote profile database to delete.

Support and TestFlight information

For access, correction or deletion requests relating to messages or beta information held by the publisher, email dev2@leutrim.ch and describe the request without attaching health records unnecessarily. Apple controls TestFlight service copies and its retention; use Apple Data and Privacy for Apple-held information. See the Privacy Policy for the beta/service distinction.
