Enki

Help & support

Available

Enki is an offline app for learning, playing and creating. It has no online account, app advertisements or app analytics. Progress and creations are saved in local app storage.

Publisher: Leutrim. Support and privacy email: dev2@leutrim.ch.

Resetting progress

Open Enki's information screen, use the reset control and confirm it. This removes local explorer progress and creations while keeping device preferences such as language and sound. There is no developer-hosted copy of your progress to recover.

On Android, use the device's Settings → Apps → Enki → Storage controls to clear all app storage, including preferences. Menu names vary by device. Uninstalling removes the installed app's local records, but a system backup may restore them later.

On iOS, use Delete App to remove the app and local records. Offload App can preserve documents and data. Manage existing system backups separately. See the platform's privacy policy below for details.

Asking for help

Email dev2@leutrim.ch with a short description of the problem and, if useful, the app version and device/operating-system version. Enki does not automatically send us your progress or a crash report. Please avoid sending children's names, photographs or other identifying information. A parent or guardian should handle support contact for a child.

Policies and reuse

The privacy policies explain how voluntary support messages are handled. Visiting a hosted website can involve its hosting provider's processing even when the Enki app itself works offline.
