The app is free to use. For references, acknowledgements and third-party licence conditions, see the Credits and Third-Party Notices. The permissions below apply only to rights Leutrim can grant; each applicable third-party licence continues to govern its own material.

App license

The App Store version of Monster Crash is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These govern installation and use of the application distributed through Apple, including its device and sharing rules. This page provides our separate permission to reuse original creative content; it does not replace the Standard EULA or expand permission to redistribute an App Store application package or its embedded runtimes.

Original content is freely reusable

For original Monster Crash content that we own or are entitled to license, we grant everyone a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free permission to use, copy, display, perform, publish, redistribute, modify and adapt it, including commercially. You may pass this permission on to others. No separate approval or payment is required. Credit to Monster Crash / Leo Games is appreciated but optional.

This includes our original game artwork, truck and stadium geometry, textures, liveries, interface graphics, written game material and synthesized sound effects to the extent we hold the rights. Screenshots, gameplay recordings, streams, reviews and remixes containing this original content may be shared and monetized. For AI-assisted artwork, we grant whatever rights we hold without asserting exclusive rights that may not exist.

This permission excludes third-party software, fonts, assets and any music whose reuse rights have not been established, as identified in the Credits and Third-Party Notices. Their own licenses apply. Our permission does not clear music in a recording: mute or replace uncleared tracks unless you have the rights holder's permission. The application and source code are not declared public domain or open source by this content permission.

Use and independence

The current offline release is free to play and has no in-app purchases, subscription or player account. Respect applicable law and third-party licenses. Do not misrepresent your work as an official release or endorsement by us. No exclusive trademark rights or rights over another person's work or likeness are granted.

Warranties and responsibility

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Leutrim does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or any particular result.

You are responsible for how you use or misuse the app and its content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leutrim accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or other consequence arising from use, misuse, reliance on, or inability to use the app or its content.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer or privacy rights, statutory guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where protected by law. Applicable third-party licences and their warranty provisions remain in force. Nothing requires arbitration or prevents access to competent courts.

Privacy, progress and support

Settings and records stay in local app storage and can be lost when storage is removed or a device fails. No developer-operated cloud-save service is provided. See the Privacy Policy for details about device processing, backups and voluntary support correspondence. These terms do not authorize tracking.

Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights or guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to this page do not revoke the original-content permission already granted for content you lawfully received. The applicable app EULA and third-party licenses continue to govern their respective software.
