The app is free to use. For references, acknowledgements and third-party licence conditions, see the Credits and Third-Party Notices. The permissions below apply only to rights Leutrim can grant; each applicable third-party licence continues to govern its own material.

Using the game

These terms describe the permission we give you to use Monster Crash and its original content. The current offline release is free to play, with no in-app purchases or subscription. No player account is required. Your use must comply with applicable law and the licenses for included third-party components. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under those licenses or under mandatory consumer law.

Broad permission to share original content

For original Monster Crash content that we own or are entitled to license, we grant everyone a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free permission to use, copy, display, perform, publish, redistribute, modify and adapt it, including for commercial purposes. You may pass this permission on to others. You do not need to ask us for separate permission or pay us a fee. Attribution to Monster Crash / Leo Games is appreciated but is not required for this original content.

This permission covers our original game artwork, truck and stadium geometry, textures, liveries, interface graphics, written game material and synthesized sound effects to the extent we hold the relevant rights. You may share screenshots, gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews and remixes containing this original content, including monetized content. For AI-assisted artwork, we grant whatever rights we hold without claiming exclusive rights that may not exist.

The permission does not cover third-party material listed in the Credits and Third-Party Notices, including Unity software, fonts, externally supplied assets and music whose redistribution rights have not been established. Those materials keep their own licenses. If a recording contains uncleared music, our permission alone does not clear that recording's music rights; mute or replace that music unless you have permission from its rights holder.

This is a content-sharing permission, not a promise that the whole application is public domain or that its source code has been released under an open-source license. We do not object to sharing the game, but redistribution of a complete application package, or of an embedded runtime, is permitted only where all applicable component licenses and distribution rules allow it. Keep the required copyright and license notices with any permitted redistribution. Do not separately relicense Unity or other third-party software as your own.

Independence and third-party rights

You may describe your content as based on Monster Crash. Do not falsely claim to be the official publisher or that we endorse your project. This permission does not grant exclusive ownership of our name or logo, or rights over other people's trademarks, personal likenesses or works. Third-party creators retain their rights; follow the applicable licenses linked in the Credits and Third-Party Notices.

Local progress and privacy

Settings and game records are stored locally. Clearing storage, uninstalling or device failure can remove them. This version has no developer-operated cloud recovery. Our Privacy Policy explains local processing, device backups and optional support correspondence. These terms do not give consent to tracking or data collection.

Warranties and responsibility

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Leutrim does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or any particular result.

You are responsible for how you use or misuse the app and its content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leutrim accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or other consequence arising from use, misuse, reliance on, or inability to use the app or its content.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer or privacy rights, statutory guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where protected by law. Applicable third-party licences and their warranty provisions remain in force. Nothing requires arbitration or prevents access to competent courts.

Contact dev2@leutrim.ch for help, complaints or rights enquiries. We may update features and balancing; we do not promise indefinite support, uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the game and original content are supplied as available without additional contractual guarantees. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties, consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no compulsory arbitration clause or waiver of mandatory rights in these terms.

Future changes apply to the release for which they are published. They do not revoke the original-content permission already granted for content you lawfully received. Separate third-party license conditions continue to apply. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.
