Enki
Apple EULA supplement
AvailableEffective date: 8 October 2026
This notice applies to Enki obtained through Apple's App Store. Read it with the Enki Terms and Conditions.
For App Store installations, the licence supplied with the app governs the executable. If no custom EULA is supplied through App Store Connect, Apple's Standard EULA applies. This website notice supplements that licence and does not replace it or change the agreement configured in App Store Connect. Separate permissions for publisher-owned content and third-party components remain subject to their respective scope and applicable law.
The app is free to use. For references, acknowledgements and third-party licence conditions, see the Credits and Third-Party Content and Software Notices. The permissions below apply only to rights Leutrim can grant; each applicable third-party licence continues to govern its own material.
Parties and license
Your agreement is with Leutrim, not Apple. The publisher is responsible for Enki and its content. This agreement must not conflict with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The publisher grants a non-transferable license to use the Enki executable on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable Usage Rules. Family Sharing and volume purchasing may allow other associated users to access the app under those rules. Redistribution of the App Store executable requires permission under the applicable platform rules; the original-content reuse grant is separate.
General warranty and responsibility terms
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Leutrim does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or any particular result.
You are responsible for how you use or misuse the app and its content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leutrim accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or other consequence arising from use, misuse, reliance on, or inability to use the app or its content.
These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer or privacy rights, statutory guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where protected by law. Applicable third-party licences and their warranty provisions remain in force. Nothing requires arbitration or prevents access to competent courts.
Support and warranties
The publisher, rather than Apple, supplies any maintenance or support required by law or offered for Enki. Contact Leutrim, email dev2@leutrim.ch for support, complaints and claims.
If Enki fails an applicable warranty, notify Apple; Apple will refund any purchase price as applicable. Apple owes no further warranty remedy. Any remaining warranty obligations and legally required remedies are the publisher's responsibility. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Claims
The publisher handles claims concerning Enki or your use or possession of it, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection or privacy law. If a third party alleges that Enki or your use or possession infringes intellectual-property rights, the publisher is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving the claim as required by this agreement and applicable law; Apple is not responsible for those tasks.
Compliance and beneficiaries
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on a US government prohibited or restricted parties list. Comply with applicable third-party agreements when using Enki, including your network-provider agreement.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, they may enforce it against you in that capacity.
Privacy
Enki's iOS Privacy Policy describes its actual data practices. This agreement does not grant permission for undisclosed tracking or collection.
